The Education Collaboration Manager has direct access to community school partners as well as families served, the intern will interact with school partners and families served through some of the aforementioned responsibilities they will have. In support of the Education Collaboration Manager, the intern will represent Bergen’s Promise in a professional and positive manner within the Bergen County education partners, including but not limited to local schools, out of district schools, charter schools, private schools and/or school-based Juvenile Officers.

The intern will…
Assist with youth-education-related data collection, analysis and tracking using focus interviews with care management teams as well as Power BI and other tools.
Assist with Wraparound Transition Planning project - identifying, collecting and organizing resources and tools for care managers in the Education Collaboration Sharepoint.
Propose strategies for expanding collaboration project sites in the Fall.
Develop multimodal materials promoting outcomes of education collaboration in preparation for Fall.
Students will:
Intern will be involved in strategic resource development through the Wraparound Transition planning project.
Intern will practice critical thinking and effective communication through the youth education-related focus interviews with Care Management teams and the development of effective tracking mechanisms for the data.
Intern will enhance professionalism and collaboration skills when learning and practicing data entry and analysis using PowerBI.
