One of our Bergen’s Promise agency values is Talent & Engagement. This week marked another prime example of this value in action as 3 Care Managers were elevated into the Supervisor position. Congratulations to Mirica Patterson, Laura Scholdra-Hannon, and Brittany Larkin for their dedication and growth with the agency.
They join a long line of staff who have been promoted over the past few years, emphasizing how growth in the agency has become especially prevalent. These employees hard work and eagerness for new challenges have been embraces with staff members rising to new positions.
At the start of 2021, Daria Tabbacchino was promoted to Education Collaboration Manager. She was previously a CM for 6 years. Other internal Supervisor promotions have come every year prior since 2018. In 2020, Shekinah Williams and Patrick Millien were promoted to Supervisor. In 2019, Elizabeth Panissidi returned to the agency in a supervisor role. In 2018, Krystal Martinez and Devin Defoe were also promoted to Supervisor. This is a long line of nurturing talent into management roles. As of right this moment, more than 50% of our Care Manager Supervisors were previously Care Managers
