Congratulations to our Executive Director, Dean Pastras, on receiving the 2018 Ann Klein Advocate Award. We are honored and proud of his accomplishments! Dean’s leadership has been integral to the success of Bergen’s Promise and thereby for the well being of Bergen County youth. The awards reception and presentation took place at the Wilshire Grand on October 25th.

The Community Health Law Project's (CHLP) student intern program and other advocacy initiatives are supported through the annual awards event, named in memory of Ann Klein former Commissioner of the NJ Department of Human Services and Mike Lione former CHLP Board member. The awards recognize outstanding individuals who have improved the lives of people living with disabilities.
