Bergen’s Promise Director of Compliance, Diane Ristaino, and Data Analytics Manager, John DeLorenzo will be presenting at the National Compliance Institute in Nashville, Tennessee this April. They will be presenting the findings of an in-depth study that weighs the cost and benefits of in-person and telehealth youth meetings. In order to answer the question: “What is the future of patient meetings?” Diane and John will be discussing topics that include, risk score analysis, attendance rates, and return to service frequency.
